WHAT IS A HOME INSPECTION?
A general home inspection is a limited, non-invasive examination of the accessible areas of a home, often in connection with the sale of that home, performed for a fee. Home inspections are conducted by a professional home inspector who has the training and certifications to perform such inspections. The general home inspection will not reveal every issue that exists or ever could exist, but only those material defects observed by the inspector on the day of the inspection.
